Within 3-5 business days, you receive a full Collection Quote Document (PDF). Every item is listed with its eBay sold listing value, tier classification, and the offer percentage applied. Source links included so you can verify every number.
Review the quote. Accept, counter-offer, or remove items you want to keep. Once we agree, both sides sign a binding Collection Purchase Agreement that locks in the price, items, payment method, and timeline.
You record a continuous video showing each item as you pack it. This protects you from any "we didn't receive that" claims. We provide a packing guide and ship supplies for collections over $300.
We send you prepaid, insured shipping labels for collections over $200. Full declared value insurance. UPS or FedEx with tracking and signature required. If anything happens in transit, we file the claim — not you.
We video-record unboxing and check every item against the agreement. Completed within 3 business days. If everything matches — and it almost always does — we move to payment immediately. Minor discrepancies get documented and sent to you with options.
Once accepted, payment is sent within 24 hours via your chosen method. PayPal Goods & Services (we pay the 3% fee), Zelle, ACH, or Escrow.com for collections over $5,000. You get a final receipt PDF documenting everything.
