Welcome to the Deadzone Collectibles booth inventory site. By browsing, reserving, or buying items here, you agree to these terms. Please read them — especially the accuracy and availability notes below.

What this site is

This site lets you browse and reserve or pre-pay for items to pick up in person at our booth (Booth #1212) during Comic Con, September 4–6, 2026. We do not ship. All orders are for booth pickup only.

Accuracy of listings (please read)

We work hard to keep our listings correct, but all prices, photos, descriptions, condition and grade details, and stock counts are provided "as is" and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and may change at any time without notice. Nothing on this site is a guarantee that an item, price, or grade is available or correct.

If we discover an error — for example a mispriced item, a listing that's out of stock, or an incorrect description — we reserve the right to correct it, and to cancel and fully refund any affected order, even after it has been placed.

Grading & condition

Grades and certification details (for example PSA, CGC, BGS, TAG) reflect information from those third-party grading companies and/or our own good-faith description. We do not independently guarantee any grade, authenticity determination, or valuation, and grading opinions are those of the issuing company, not us.

Reservations & availability

Most items are one-of-a-kind. Placing an order reserves the item(s) for you to pick up at the booth, but availability is not guaranteed until pickup is complete — for example if an inventory or sync error causes the same item to sell in person and online. If we can't fulfill your order, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by PayPal. Placing a paid order authorizes that charge through PayPal's system, subject to PayPal's own terms.

Picking up your order

• Bring your order confirmation and a photo ID to Booth #1212 during show hours.
• Orders not picked up by the end of the event may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
• You can also come by and ask about anything still in stock — we accept PayPal in person too.

Cancellations & refunds

If we cancel an order because an item is unavailable, mispriced, or otherwise cannot be fulfilled, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method. For other refund requests, contact us at the email below and we'll work with you in good faith.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

This site and everything on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Deadzone Collectibles is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from any listing error, availability issue, or site or sync interruption. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
