• Order & reservation details you give us — your name, email address, and phone number — when you reserve or buy an item for booth pickup.
• Items in your cart and saved (hearted) items, which are stored in your own web browser (local storage) on your device — not on our servers.
• Basic technical information your browser sends automatically, such as your device/browser type, used to keep the site working and secure.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not collect or store your full card or bank details — that information goes directly to PayPal and is handled under PayPal's Privacy Statement.

How we use your information

• To reserve and hold your item(s) and prepare your order for booth pickup.
• To send you an order confirmation and to contact you about your order.
• To keep basic records of sales and to operate, secure, and improve the site.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the store (for example our payment processor, email, and hosting providers) as needed to complete your order, or where required by law.

Data retention

We keep order information as long as needed to fulfill your order and to maintain reasonable business and tax records, after which we delete or anonymize it.

Cookies & local storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember your cart and saved items. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've given us by contacting us at the address below. You can also clear your cart and saved items by clearing your browser's storage for this site.

Children

This site is intended for use by adults purchasing collectibles; it is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
